Simply put, WOHLISTIC Individualized Nutrition & Exercise is my comprehensive health & fitness practice leading our clients to optimum health & fitness. This is W.I.N.E. that is truly healthy for your entire well-being
My extensive study has given me the ability to hone precise exercise movements from their traditional counterparts.
To maximize effectiveness while minimizing chance of injury, you must perform exercises properly. You can only do this if you understand:
—What area of muscle an exercise is designed to target
—Where the movement begins in the muscle(s)
—How the movement progresses from start to finish
—How to breathe properly during all phases of the movement
—How to concentrate thoroughly to isolate and maximally involve the muscle(s) involved
Not only does my extensive background in weightlifting, movement, yoga, meditation and martial arts along with my in-depth study in exercise science give me mastery over all facets of proper exercise application—I am a gifted teacher; transferring my hard-gained knowledge to my clients is what I do best.
As my client, we will couple these techniques with your individually tailored dietary strategy and nutritional supplement regime. I draw from decades of intense research, personal application and study under several prominent nutritional experts. I am in constant contact with biochemists, medical researchers, athletic performance clinicians, nutritional supplement manufacturers, holistically-oriented medical doctors, and other alternative health practitioners from all over the world. This allows me to access the latest advances in nutrition, dietetics, and exercise, and to obtain the very latest in cutting edge specialized products, often years before the mainstream marketplace.
I make it my business to stay on the cutting edge of all facets of health and exercise science.
Our program will not be a rigid, unrealistic routine impossible to stick to. From wherever you are now, you'll learn step-by-step, within a framework that you are comfortable with, how to change each aspect of your lifestyle so you may realize your goals. Making my clients' lives easier is a priority to me. We'll work together outside at the beach or park, or in your home gym. I am more than happy to help you improve upon your current gym, or design an entirely new one, specific to your parameters. I will also offer you the convenience of providing the supplements I recommend at below retail cost, or giving you an exact list to purchase at a local healthfood store or online. Though you will achieve rapid results, I don't offer a quick fix—but rather an education capable of producing a permanent change in your body, life and well-being. My approach is subtle, yet quickly efficient; my gift is my ability to get you to work hard during our time together while motivating you to make the right choices for yourself outside the sessions (which let's face it, is the majority of your life).
