5 Fists of Sprouting Fury

I came up with this shake after scoring about 10 different sprouts on my long overdue revist to my local Leucadia farmer's market.  It filled me with so much energy so quickly that I knew I had to share its secrets with others.  THIS SHAKE WILL GET YOU ZIPPING!
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

This shake is teeming with pranic life force, incredibly easy to digest, heavily alkaline forming, balancing to the blood sugar, loaded with detoxifying chlorophyll, free radical scavenging enzymes like Superoxide Dimutase, antioxidant/anti carcinogenic phytonutrients, a plethora of bioavailability vitamins and minerals, plenty of protein and amino acids (except tryptophan) and fiber—and it’s might tasty to boot!

The fact that it will only take you about 5 min. to make and about the same to consume only further amplifies its awesomeness!

The changes that occur in a seed after it is germinated (soaked) and sprouted is unsurpassed in any later stage of growth. Sprouting activates an explosion of enzymatic activity and nutrition. The DNA that was dormant, now drives the plant to live and thrive. By eating sprouts, we reap all these divinely infused benefits.

Now for the Secret Recipe:

1 Fistful each of
:

Picture
Organic Alfalfa Sprouts
One of the only plants that supplies the full range of vitamins, from vitamin A, B-complex(even B12), C, E to K.  Rich in many valuable phytonutrients as well as Chlorophyll, Calcium, Folic acid, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Phosphorus, Potassium, Silicon, sodium, zinc.
35% Protein

Picture
Organic Broccoli Sprouts
Labelled as the Most Anti-Carcinogenic Food—Bar None.  Incredibly high in Sulforaphane and Indole-3-carbino, as well as powerful detoxifying Glucosinolate phytonutrients, the anti-inflammatory, allergy lessening flavanoid, Kaempferol.  High in A, C, E, K, Calcium Iron, Magnesium,Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Chlorophyll and so much more.
Up to 35% Protein

Picture
Mung Bean Sprouts
Probably the most anciently used sprout, it is 20% Protein and high in vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, as well as Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Calcium & Copper.  20% Protein

Picture
Buckwheat Greens
An all-time favorite of mine, these 7-10 Day Leafy Green detoxifying powerhouses are rich in vitamins A, C, E, Rutin, Calcium, Chlorophyll & are 15% Protein.  Buckwheat Greens should not be eaten in large quantities (1/2 lb or more) with any regularity, due to its high fagopyrin content, which can cause a hypersensitivity to sunlight.

Picture
and Sunflower Greens
Another Famous 7-10 Day Green, they are high in detoxifying Chlorophyll vitamins A, B-Complex, C, D, E, Lecithin,
Calcium, Iron, Phosphorus, Potassium, Magnesium.
20-25% Protein

Juice of 1 Organic Lemon or Lime (I squeeze halfed lemons in a separate cup to make sure the seeds don’t make their way into the shake. I don‘t mind if a bit of pulp gets in).

Just enough water to blend

Blend well

Drink and Enjoy Its Magic!

 WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Of course you may substitute any of the above leafy sprouts for another you prefer. I picked these because they’re taste is pleasant, sweet and mild, as well as some of the ultimate when it comes to nutrient dense superfood nutrition.

I also encourage you to experiment with one of more of the following Optional Add-Ons. Adjust the initial sprout quantities, as it suits you.

Other Organic Veggies like: Tomatoes, Colored Bell Peppers, Parsley, Cilantro, Spinach, Purslane, Cucumbers, etc

Protein Powder--Whey or Veggie (not Soy)

Flax or Chia Oil

Algae Powder--AFA, Spirulina, Chlorella, Marine Phytoplankton

Herbs and Spices--Helps make unlimited variations. Tulsi, Basil, Ginger, Black Pepper, Red Chile Peppers, Oregano, Curry Powder, etc

Sprouts should be a regular part of our everday diet.  Make it true for your life.

ENJOY!

Ohh I would love to try this! I just saw two days ago at the co-op all these sprouting seeds in jars and wondered about growing them at home. I definitely will get some when I go there and try this green drink. Thanks for the tip!

Sprouts rock! I intend on growing more and more. Nothing like eating hundreds of little plants teeming with life force! Blending helps you to digest and assimilate even more of them.

Remember you are what you digest and assimilate, not what you eat.

Let me know how it goes for you and what combos you put together and enjoy.

Blessings!

Let me say! I love sprouts! I had no idea they had so much protein. For some reason, I haven't seen too many varieties in my area. Maybe I haven't been looking hard enough? I'll definitely integrate more sprouts into my diet, on a daily basis. Thank you for the great information.

Thanks for your comment Nicholas. What is not to love about sprouts?!

If you can't find what you need in your area, grow your own. It is simple. Many methods and sprout choices to choose from.

Blessings,

Surya
